2.	If you have forgotten your password, enter your registered e-mail address then click on "Forgot Password", and your password will be sent by e-mail immediately.

Ordering

1.	To add or remove an item from your shopping cart, enter the exact quantity at the quantity column of the item and click "Recalculate Order".
2.	A confirmation e-mail will be sent instantly upon completion of the payment procedures.
3.	An email notification will be sent when the order is shipped
4.	Order tracking is available by clicking the Tracking Number at "My Account".

1.	Unless specified, most orders will be sent by UPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service
2.	Insurance is included for packages delivered by UPS

 

Return Policy

1.	Most items sold by Miniature Factory, Inc. can be returned within 14 days of your product's shipping date
2.	All items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with all accessories for a full refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable
3.	After 14 days of your product's shipping date, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4.	No refund or return will be accepted after 30 days of delivery.
5.	For returns of merchandise, certain conditions apply. We do not accept returns of: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Please do not send us such items, as refund will not be issued. Please send an email to service@miniaturefactory.com before any return or refund.
